Beautiful photo, and I loved reading your thoughts about how things are changing from what we have traditionally known as jobs. I lead two teams in my role, and just in the 3 1/2 years I have been at this longstanding, stable company, where my average team member has worked there 25 years or longer, I have seen such drastic changes to the business that it makes my head spin. It makes all of my employees with long tenure spin, too. They can see and feel the changes, and yet no one knows how to adapt to them because they haven't needed to much before now. This has also made me begin to think about how I will adapt the changes that are inevitable. This would be one of the reasons I was interested in becoming a community member on Steemit. Cryptocurrency certainly seems capable of driving a new world of economies that look nothing like the past.
