Most of us will make decisions without thinking about it or decide at the moment that our feelings are well involved. When we are happy, excited, in love, sad, angry or frustrated we tend to make decisions or say something to another person that before we go to sleep we tell ourselves "Why did I do/say that?". That will make us scratch our heads or scream under our pillow because we know there's nothing we can do about it. It already happened. I know this so well, this feeling. So guilty that I made a vow to myself that whenever I will make a BIG decision I will never decide right on the spot when my emotion is at its peak. So far I'm doing great in fulfilling that promise. It's okay to regret something, that's part of life but as much as possible we should aim for less.
