The Illusion of Death

in #life7 years ago

Death is a concept that has plagued the minds of man for many generations. I believe there was a time when people lived at peace with nature and with the natural order of life. We accepted death as a part of our souls journey. We made the decision pre-birth to incarnate into this physical existence with a specific purpose. However through the manipulation and poisoning of our bodies and minds at a young age. We lose focus on our purpose and goals and instead become indoctrinated into the current system. baby.jpg

In this current system we are taught through religions mainly, to fear death. Ask people what it is they fear most about death and most would say the fear of the unknown. A few will say the pain of dieing, but deep down I believe we all fear the idea of not existing. Then you get those whom are strong in their beliefs and are 100% convinced of what their religion has promised them. In most cases, these individuals seem to know where those who do not share their same beliefs will be going as well. Its usually a place they call "Hell". In my opinion Hell is a man made concept, similar to time.

Death is another concept I believe is relative only to humans. Yes all living things die. But the thought of us dieing and no longer existing is relative only to us existing in this physical form (human form). Our souls are infinite and will continue to move on to another form of existence as a part of our on going journey is my belief. karmic-cycle-soul-reincarnation.png

In adopting this philosophy, over time the acceptance of losing a loved one is more humbling. It allows loved ones and the departed to say "see you soon" oppose to depressing "good byes". Our souls are infinite. Although our bodies are temporary, we must choose wisely what we do with the time we have been given on this Earth.

We have all lost people in our lives. Some more than others and some with deeper connections than others. Regardless of the depth of the connection, everyone who enters into our lives comes in for a reason. The reason may not all ways be beneficial to "I" but instead "you". This is life, and our job here is to help each other and learn from each other. Unfortunately the society we have been brought into seems to work against that agenda.

Help others with expecting nothing in return.

Compassion, Empathy, Altruism, Nature...................can you feel them?

To deprive a man of his natural liberty and to deny to him the ordinary amenities of life is worse then starving the body; it is starvation of the soul, the dweller in the body.

Death is not an illusion. It's going to happen to everyone, better I rip that band aid off you now rather than later. The people who think death is an illusion are those flying plains into buildings. They think life is just the beginning when in fact it's the beginning, middle and end.

While I have no thoughts of hurting others, or flying planes into buildings(falseflag), I do understand your perspective. I just enjoy sharing mine as well. So do not worry. I mean you know harm. I am simply fascinated with my perspective on the matter. I do believe there is more for me to experience after I Die. Just not in the traditional sense. Thank you for your comment Kevin, this is why we are here. To learn from each other. Aho Brother

I find it hard to take people who think there is more life after we die. This is stated with no evidence at all. I couldn't say what you said in the article and hold a straight face. For example "Our souls are infinite"... What?.. I do agree with your attitude though. We are hear to learn from each other and we should all learn to deal with the fact not everyone agrees with our point of view. :)

I did not say there is "life" after we die. Neither did i state that I have facts. On more than one occasion I mentioned "I believe". Therefore why do I need evidence? Its a belief. And yes we do not all agree but i feel as though you did not read with an open mind but instead read the title and began reading with a preconceived notion that this is "going to be bullshit". Which is fare but please quote me correctly.

While there is no evidence at all that there is no "experience" after what we humans call "death". You not being able to accept my belief because I dont have "evidence" is hypocritical

I upvote you because of the effort I hope it was not a copy paste .

I can assure you it was not and thank you. It was an effort to say the least.
