I often feel oblieged to keep my promises, sometimes it comes with hard work, just as you enumerated such principles stated here that are highly needed to remember when we make promises.
This is a wonderful post, it reminds me of a few promises i have failed to keep in tge past.
As we enter into a new year 2018, i must try all i can to avoid promises i wont keep. Its important i know my limits and know what i want always!
