Sometimes, we feel that there are many matters in our brain. So, we often don’t know what should we do or we can feel all are confused. If you feel your brain is overload, tired and don’t want to do anything, do the following ways.

But although those waves are very serious, it is not serious as the effect of the matter that we sometimes have read on social network. Sometimes, after we read a matter, we can feel depression the whole day. If you can’t control you mind to turn off mobile phone, just set it to silent/vibrate mode and leave it a little far away from you. Do this way about one hour or two hours a day. (4) Solve the problems one by one

When we are upset, the matters in our brain is like covering lake by moss. After writing down each problems, solve them one by one. Make strikethrough the matters that you have solved. If so, while you are solving a problem, you don’t need to think another problem.
