Very evocative. I agree -- in many cases it takes real physical pain or a painful episode to see oneself clearly/truthfully, and then to make important changes. I admire your courageousness in writing about your experience, thank you for posting.

Thank you for asking. I've been...okay. Getting better every day. Not taking as many photos as I would like, but planning for more ; ) And you? How are you?
I'm better getting ready to go back to work but I have to take insulin now and that makes it a bit scary. I think once I go it won't be so bad.
