Have you had trouble sleeping? It's 2:00 AM and you are still watching memes? Today I bring you the definitive guide to fall asleep, will be a series of simple steps so let's get started.
Paso 1.- A veces solo necesitas relajarte...libera tus pensamientos.
Step 1.- Sometimes you just need to relax ... free your thoughts.
Paso 2.- Repite el Paso 1...relaja tu cuerpo.
Step 2.- Repeat Step 1 ... relax your muscles.
Paso 3.- ¿Quién dice que el Paso 2 no funciona?
Step 3.- ¿Who says Step 2 doesn't work?
Paso 4.- Me dijeron que el Paso 3 les funciona a todos.
Step 4.- Somebody told me that Step 3 works for everyone.
Paso 5.- Si...a todos.
Ste 5.- Yes...for everyone
Paso 6.- Si después de seguir los 5 pasos anteriores aun no tienes sueño, te invito a hacer un post sobre como quedarse dormido (He bostezado más de 30 veces mientras hacía esto).
Step 6.- If after following the previous 5 steps you are still not sleepy, I invite you to make a post on how to fall asleep (I yawned more than 30 times while doing this).
