Staying motivated and on task is a task I often battle with. In the ocean of possibilities direction is what steers us towards the shores f our ideals. Setting our own mast takes a good bit of soul searching and reflection. The first step towards achieving you goals is to be reminded of them everyday.
1. Realize your goals
The first step in living the life you so desire, is figuring out how that would look. Be your own first cause and establish your life's direction. Writing down your goals and imagining what it would be like when realized is the seed planted in the soil. Here I will list several goals on my list complete with possible actions to get your gears in motion.

2. Tend your garden
We must remind ourselves of our goals to ensure we're moving towards them at all times. This means our goals are broad enough to allow us to act towards them in every moment. From these broad goals such as 'I maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit' we may derive action at any moment in time.
3. Small actions accumulate
No matter how small the action is, the key is remaining aligned with ones goals. Like a radio receiver tuned into a particular station, we should constantly be remembering, aligning, and visualizing our desired ends. When we work like so the doorways of opportunity will open, and the path to completion shown. Remembering your goals is one small action you may take in the pursuit of your dreams.
4. Adjust accordingly
Remember you may always refine and reword your goals as you see fit. Imagine yourself in a state of completion and ensure that is the reality you wish to discover. You may visualize your perfect body and in doing so embrace the motivation required to move yourself into a daily fitness routine. The act of visualizing helps keep you on track and further defining your dreams making it easier for you to realize opportunities in alignment with your highest selves desired reality.
