|When does pushing yourself become too much?|
Of course, if we want to reach our goals and meet our rushing deadlines, it's necessary to do so. But how much is too much?!
Because, my dear, no matter how great the pros are... like:
✨Getting out of your comfort zone.
✨Evolving as a person.
✨Accomplishing what you always dreamt of.
And so on...
We have to also consider the cons. Because trust me, the cons will come.
So, in a crazy fully speed society, it's important to remember:
⚡No sleeping for more than 5 hours a night for an extended period of time -
IS NOT WORTH IT
⚡ Expressing various forms of psychosomatic symptoms - IS NOT WORTH IT
⚡Living with uncertainty and insecurity - IS NOT WORTH IT
We should always strive for balance. We should talk about mental health and taking good care of ourselves.
I know that it's hard to achieve our dreams but we need to respect the ride, give time, learn to BE PATIENT, enjoy life a bit more.
And then, one day we wake up and our goals are closer than what we thought! <3
