Ahahah I see what you mean. But sometimes we just have to dare shot off this fucking phone and go away with our book. Even when the phone is annoying us, we keep bringing it everywhere.
I have realized this sensation of over stimulation is stronger when you live in a city... choose one of you WE and go overnight in mountains, for me it's the only way to feel in peace again !
