- Psychologists say it’s healthy for the mind
- It can be considered a sort of written meditation
- Your grandchildren will love to read your diary
- There are too many beautiful memories which you may not forget, but you may miss small details of them, maybe even the small detail from which everything began
- Maybe it doesn’t seem like much fun to keep a diary now, but think how it would be to have a written memory of the date 24-12-2004. I’ve been keeping a diary since that date, and I think it’s fantastic how I notice evolutions, changes in ways of thinking, how every year brings a different set of goals, a written record of all the times you’ve fallen in love and lived fully as if it were for the first time, how you managed to get over difficult period, who was always there. But the most beautiful thing is to see how your dreams slowly came true, even when it doesn’t seem like it.
If you could turn back time and relive certain moments, which would those moments be? Start writing and you will know.
As Dr.Seuss said : “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.”
