Some healthy habits to get yourself into**
~ start getting 8 hours of sleep every night
~ try to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday
~ have 5 servings of veggies or fruits everyday
~ stretch everyday
~ try to get off your phone two hours before bed
~ replace junk food with healthy snacks
~ tell yourself you are beautiful everyday
~ brush your teeth 3 times a day
