I saw this recently online and it spoke very deeply to me. Made me reflect on terrible memories. In those moments they were devastating.. These words however opened my eyes to the fact that pain most certainly will change you whether your ready or not you have no control, but it is all on you to decide if it will change you for the better or worse. As I look back and think about what exactly I allowed those painful moments to change about me, I see times when I chose wrong however, I do see times when I "straightened my crown and kept moving." I am a stronger person because of the pain because of the change.
I was never one for handling change in my life but I look back now and see who I was, and who I'v become and I love the words printed in this picture. I just had to share.
