My schedule is pretty active now. I start at 10:00 am with studying the CrossFit level 1 handbook with some of the coaches here for about 1hour and then right before noon I sit down with the trainer and talk about today's work out, discussing the warm-up and how many reps and weight. Just time management etc.
By 2:00 pm I have my massage table set up for 15 min sports massages. These past few days I gave a total of 20, mostly men. But I now realize that I won't be doing that due to some California state regulations... so my goals have to shift a little but not for long. I will still have my logo and company name but it won't be used to massage anyone inside a gym.
So time to sit down and rewrite my goals for the rest of this year. Thank god I have 2 mentors in CrossFit, 2 in massage and now the last thing I need will be someone to help me with my finances.
The process is killing me but eventually something will fall into place.
@ivytravel Can you explain what the rules or regulations that are affecting your career? Thanks.
There has to be a shower for a massage therapist to work. That's if you stay in one location and in my case, I would. So that is why... I'm still gonna be getting my massage business but it will be mobile instead of being stationed in one location.
