WHAT GIVES YOU JOY?

Sometimes in life we find ourselves sad, moody or lonely. I believe most of us have experienced these feelings at least once. Some even lead to depressions, which in turn can lead to unnecessary headaches, obesity, suicidal attempts, etc.
We should always try not to get to the limit (being depressed) and when we get moody, we should try doing something we love and that's good for us and harmless.
Here are a list of things I believe can lighten the mood of an individual after interviewing random persons.

  1. Music and dancing
  2. Drawing and painting
  3. Recreational sports and games ⚽ ⚾. ⛳. ⛷
  4. Praying 😇🙇
  5. Touring to resorts, parks, natural reserve, etc.
  6. Shopping, and work outs💪
  7. Earning and blogging eg steemit😁
  8. Food 😛🍱🍛
  9. Pets 🐱
  10. Writing 📝

So when next you feeling down, try doing one of these to lighten the mood.
