420 votes and I did only when it was at 30 cents :) will i get my .001 steem curation reward? :D

Ok this puts some of my coffee habits at rest so to speak, now for my 2 cents :) don't overdo coffee from experience when I stopped drinking coffee after a month maybe (after detoxing from it) I found it easy to get up early with no alarms 5-6am , stay up active all day(healthy foods water and lots of running around) maybe that did depleted some of my stores of energy and substances , but more on that some other time , back to coffee, I found it easier to recover ad e more active without the need for a stimuli like coffee, it's very active and taxing on the nervous system I believe(no studies :D )

And the smoking coffee link is a bit logical to occur, most people that smoke and drink coffee do it together sometimes as a habit , but regularly and depend on the relaxation the and the boosts from cigars and coffee, not weigh in the negative sides , like higher blood pressure from coffee and the contraction of the blood vessels from the smoke. Also smoking tends to bog down the lungs so therefore bring in less oxygen to the cells in the body, so you get cancers :) and coffee is a "acidic" substance and that overlays on top of all the other possible connections between the body environment and these active substances so you get a higher cancer rate (20%?)

You have the data so prove me right :) :D

Yes the stimulant effects of coffee are not without a price.
