I've seen more serious analysts pointing out how people are using crypto now that they may have bought many years ago to get through these hard times of inflationary pressure on government funny money. Meanwhile, the usual crypto scammers are being forced to sell to cover their speculative positions. But who has time to look any deeper than, "ha, ha, internet money go down!"

I think that is a very valid point that people may be getting forced to sell because of the shenanigans going on all over. I can imagine if you are living hand to mouth holding might not seem the best thing. They couldn't plan it better!
