Oh don't get me wrong, I love night time activity, everyone is asleep and I can just do what I need to do, I plan on having 1-2 nights a week where I stay up a bit later, but trying to get a good yoga habit down and get up with the sun is something I want to try out. I'd keep doing what works for you :)
