This is a pretty cool idea, it helps point out the positive in any situation! I will try this out in a number of different ways and see how it applies for me.

I guess my big one is work, which I'm maybe at a 4, because I need to pay the bills pretty much haha

Because my job is pretty good on the surface level, great benefits, pay, standing desk, feeds me and my family and lets e pay for my house, and the people I work with are solid.

Awesome, I see you found some great motivations for work and why it's important in your life! Have you noticed your attitude towards your job change at all?
