In short, being too serious in life is not good for physical and mental health. For those who feel too serious, think about what things can make you behave like a child; laughing freely, and moving freely without feeling awkward or embarrassed.

Playful state of mind, is when people say or do seseuatu with the aim to have fun and not serious. Adults need to occasionally be in this stage. The goal? In order to compensate for serious thinking in his work or personal life.

Have you ever remembered the last time you laughed so much with tears? Enjoy the entertainment and feel very happy, or even singing merrily and jogging like a child. Maybe you never remember because it was so long, because you are too busy with your daily activities work, study and others. Often we forget the little things that can refresh the heart and mind because of the tasks that accumulate in the office, or often suffer with in the chase of deadline work assignments or lectures. The world of work or the environment often requires you to take too seriously each activity. Too serious is not good for physical and mental health.

For people who are too serious this may be related to the purpose and target of the person. His environment, lifestyle and needs demanded him to lead a serious life to pursue his target. Job demands and targets often make them forget the enjoyment of other lives such as recreation, entertainment and so forth. If someone is aware of the busyness and excessive seriousness in the life he lived, then he will know there are disadvantages he gets, such as saturation, fatigue and a rare pleasure gained. And he is aware and able to control his own busyness.

But there are also people who do not realize what he lived has disturbed him by burdening him. This is what diujungnya later can cause stress, especially if there are targets and goals of life that is not achieved. Moreover, his busy work caused him to forget to eat, to keep the diasup, and forget to take care of himself. Because the more the ability of the body and self are weakened if not regularly maintain it in balance this is what causes various diseases caused by disturbed thoughts and physical weakness.
