I hope much better, now is when I'm reading what happened while I was cleaning the garden, the good thing about this was that you got out of your comfort zone by using the other arm to go to the bathroom, play guitar and have a glass of wine, that's called being strong and accepting pain with gallantry, but in my case, I run to the hospital to have an X-ray to avoid major ailments.

I am starting to get better I think. So it's a good thing I didn't run to the doctor's!! Although if I thought it warranted it I would have!!
It is good that it is under control, if you can move it without pain it is very good news, especially the rotator cuff, which helps to rotate the arm, is healthy.
