Aren’t we used to of eating chocolate with a little bit of guilt somewhere deep inside? For me, I am usually worried about my skin when eating chocolate. Subconsciously I feel that it will pop lots of pimples on my face instantly!(sometimes it really does)!
However, today I'm not going to discuss the risks involved with chocolate, I’m only going to talk about the benefits of chocolates. So sit back, relax, grab a bar of chocolate and read on!

Moreover, it also reduces the heart attack risks by a whopping 39%!
It's true that when you are craving for chocolate, you know that you have to have it to be able to concentrate on your work. It's also true that once you have it, its hard to keep it aside without finishing it. You eat it until you feel full! If you happen to be a dark chocolate consumer, you probably feel full after having a bar or two. If you happen to have stomach problems, such as diarrhea, you could also make use of chocolate to treat it! This is another fact that proves all other myths about chocolate wrong, especially the one that says chocolate upsets your stomach. European culture strongly promoted cocoa as a source of treatment for diarrhea. South Americans also follow the same culture and it is being followed from the 16th century. Interestingly, it has also been approved by science!

Okay I knew that dark chocolate had some health benefits, but I didn't realize chocolate was this much of a good thing! I especially didn't know the chocolate for coughing trick. I will be using that one the next time I'm sick, for sure!

If only dark tasted as good as milk chocolate I would be set. Also I like my chocolate with nuts good for protein, but also caramel bad for the teeth and waste line.
