It is very important to turn these tips into habits and do not stop when you reached your goal because you want to stay with your new weight. You should change your whole lifestyle. Of course you could have a cheat meal but not too often and not too much of it.

I agree with you these good tips should turn into our habbts to lead a happy life. Always glad to see your awesome tips and motivation. You are such great person cause you always trying to aware us about health. Impressive tricks i will try to follow your way. Thank You and stay fit,stay alive : )
