When most people go out to eat they don't have any kind of special instruction to give the hostess.
She seats them, gives them the menu, and they wait for their server to come over.
This is how most people are at our restaurant as well.
Once in awhile though, someone will have a special request.

Two gentleman have been coming into our restaurant for about 3 years now and they always ask for a special kind of waitress.
A very pretty one.
She doesn't have to be a good server.
She doesn't have to be fast, or efficient, or anything in particular....... except pretty.
They tend to stare at her face, and her breasts, and her butt while she walks around.
Most of the pretty girls that I work with don't really like to have these guys in their section even though they tip very well.
This isn't a strip club after all...... it's a restaurant.
People don't come work here with the expectation that they will be judged on how their body looks.
These girls serve steaks to our customers but they don't want to be treated like a piece of meat.

We have a new server that's only been at our restaurant for a couple of weeks and she had never seen these guys until today.
She's a very pretty girl...... so of course they asked to sit with her.
I felt bad for her but she was going out of her way to please them...... so I'm sure at the very least she will get a good tip.
I imagine in some ways it would be difficult to be a woman because there are men out there that will go out of the way to ogle you, and judge you, and treat you poorly.
Just because we serve steaks to our customers doesn't mean we should be treated like a piece of meat.

These guys are really weird. But still you must have a very good food since they have been coming for three years, otherwise they would go to the strip club instead as you said.
We do have very good food and also very good service.
Yeah, a restaurant is not a strip club and that kind of behavior is quite creepy. I can only imagine the waitresses have to feel shitty when they get treated like that by those guys...
Yeah they feel pretty crappy..... but if they get tipped really well they get over it pretty quickly.

Some people are creeps.
Too many people lately.
I work in retail so i have to deal with people like this from time to time,hate it when i see someone treating them bad.
