Movie Review: Zombieland. The best comedy zombie movie out there.

in #life7 years ago (edited)

For the past month or two I've been reviewing horror movies almost every night.

I'm not sure of Zombieland qualifies as a horror movie because despite being about zombies it's more a comedy than anything else.

It also happens to be one of my very favorite movies.

So let's go ahead and take a look at Zombieland.

Nut up or shut up.

When Zombieland came out in 2009 everyone was really excited about it.

The trailer looked amazing and hilarious.

Not only that, but there were some big name actors going to be involved. It looked like it was going to be an incredible movie.

Zombieland is basically about two guys in a world full of zombies that happen to run across two girls that are also on their own.

Starring Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, and Emma Stone Zombieland had no shortage of great actors in it.

Great actors don't make a great movie though.

Fortunately Zombieland is also full of great action scenes and great cinematography.

It's got a ton of of fantastic comedy scenes such as the Zombie Kill of the Week.

The chemistry between Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg is something that other movies could really learn something from.

At it's core this is a buddy movie........ and also a romance....... in addition to an action filled comedy.

You could say that Zombieland has it all.

One thing is for sure........

Zombieland is simply a great movie all the way around.

i saw only trailer of this movie fantastic

I think this movie is very well narrated and conducted, exploits the most cruel and sinister humor without fuss, looks without question and ensures some of the fun moments, you can have a nice time while drinking a New York Seltzer and eating some popcorn...

That's quite true.

This was a fantastic movie. Not entirely original, but then again, what zombie film really is these days? Woody Harrelson was great as Tallahassee. And this is one of the few movies where Jesse Eisenberg actually fit. Abigail Breslin took me by surprise as well.

All in all, good laughs, no cheap jokes, and Bill Murray's cameo was awesome.

I agree 100%. Bill Murray's cameo was absolutely perfect. I think Eisenberg is kind of a love him or hate him kind of guy but he really does fit well in this role.

His best to this day is still The Social Network. That role was basically designed for him in mind.

Thanks for the comments on this movie, it seems good option

I watched this movie and I liked it. I remember it was VERY fun, but somehow no particular scene stuck to my memory. I know I liked it because I gave it 8 out of 10 stars in IMDb, and that's a very high score. I've heard a sequel is in the making. I'll probably watch it again to remember why I have it eight stars.

I'm looking forward to the sequel.

Twinkies, better motivator than carrots!

You got that right.

It seem to be afraid . but wanna to watch.

i enjoyed this movie.so funny.
