Holy smokes send me some of that ancho chili beer right now. It looks amazing.

I've really got to give that beer props for using ancho chiles as opposed to Green Hatch Chiles.

Everybody and their mom is in love with green Hatch Chiles and you can find it in everything including beer wine and almost anything else imaginable....ancho chilies though....... they are were it's at.

Whenever I actually make chili I put a ton of ancho chiles in it. It really creates a much deeper flavor that makes you just want to keep taking bite after bite.

Thats totally true, I use them a lot in my chillies with stacks of blackened Scotch Bonnets for smoky fruity heat.

Its a fine beer for quaffing lots of! I do with the ancho was a bit more prevalent right enough!
