(To make the red sauce for lasagne)
In a bowl pour in some chopped tomatoes, half a red pepper, red pesto, paprika, all purpose seasoning, black pepper and 2 fresh garlic cloves (grated).
Line slow cooker with a liner to make it easier to get it out.
Mix diced beef into red sauce, layer it in slow cooker then add lasagne sheets, then white sauce and repeat followed by some grated cheese. Cook on low for 5 hours. Add more cheese before serving!
(To make slow cooked potatoes)
Slice potatoes like crisps shape, then season with two tablespoons of oil, paprika, salt and garlic/rosemary seasoning. Cook on high in a roasting bag, sat in boiling water for 3 hours. Add an extra sprinkle of paprika before serving.
