I really praise God because indeed He always protects. Yes, He is our Jehovah Machseh (God is our Protector).
Last April 26, Thursday afternoon around 3:00-5:00 pm inside our front yard my family member is enjoy their indoor swimming pool just to dissipate the heat of summer. You can see in the table below the recorded temperature for a particular day.
Everything was okey and everyone was enjoying the cold water and the shades of the mango tree in front of our house. All of a sudden my stepchild named Troy touched his head and he said to her momy (my sister who took care of him)
Troy: Momi jing patingin nga po ng ulo ko parang may mahapdi parang may sugat (Look at my head it seems that there is a wound)
Momi Jing: Anu ginawa mo? Nag dive kaba? Nag dudugo ulo mo parang may bato sa loob. (Did you dive?, it seems that there is a little stone inside)
Troy: Hindi po ako nag dive (Nope, I didn't dive)
Momi Jing: Ok sige lilinisan ko ung sugat. (Ok, I will clean it)
When you look at the wound it seems that there is a little stone stuck at his head. Because we don't have any idea what is that we decided to bring him to the nearest clinic who could check what is that object.
The doctor started cleaning it again to see closer what is that object, they clean the hair and put some medicine and they are surprised because it is like a air soft bullet.

It is so heart breaking because my stepchild has no idea what is happening, they are just enjoying their swimming then all of a sudden there are fool people who don't even care if they hurt other just to make themselves fun.
After cleaning the wound, the doctor picked the air soft bullet from my stepchild's head. One thing that makes me sad is, what if that is a real bullet, what if that bullet go to a new born baby? Because of the carelessness of those fool people they will kill innocent people.
THE GOOD PART OF THE STORY
I believe all things work together for good for those who loved God and called according to His purpose. Prior to this, his mother (which is my sister) have a chance to accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and because she accepted Jesus the protection of God was extended to her family including Troy. I really praise God because He protected us from the devil because the devil is trying to distract my sister in her conversion by touching her family member and blame God from what is happening. But God is so gracious and very protective. He protected my stepchild from severe injury or emergency.
This is what I've learned, when you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, the protection of God is extended to our family, not because of us but because our God is very loving and protective. Today my stepchild is now gaining his strength and he is now active again (I missed that). I really thank God for the protection that He is always doing to my family. I hope through this story we will be more vigilant to protect our family member and always remember that as human we are limited in everything but with God, He can definitely protect our families even they are not with us.
Trust me, Jesus can protect your family too, just accept Him as your Lord and Savior and let him control your life and family and you'll see how He will move in your life.
