This is a very important topic that we must know, having the right balance between your way of thinking, physical condition and your inner essence will help you in all aspects of your life.
In my case, I can say that I do not have the right balance, however it is a subject that I am trying to deepen and thus know more about the subject.
Having balance, in my perception, means that we must have positive thoughts, surround ourselves with people who can give you added value to your life, do what we like, work on what you like, always draw tangible goals, help people , be cordial, respectful, show a positive aptitude before adverse situations, eat in a healthy way, perform physical exercises, have religious beliefs and above all believe yourself.
Every day we have the opportunity to perform a self-analysis and improve in all aspects of our lives!
Being a better person is a matter of aptitude and attitude !!!
