I must say, it's a whole different interpretation of the Allegory of the Cave. For me it only alluded to human nature, how people are not aware of what they really are with the exception of a few. And when people become enlightened and preach to others of the reality of life, they are most often regarded crazy.
The world is ever changing and a lot of people are gaining deeper insights on the world. Educating people of all classes across social strat is a means to break the wheel of power by elitists (and capitalists) who hold power by means of knowledge and wealth.
Equality and equity should not be contained only in a utopian world but needs to be the norms.
I love how you compare Plato's philosophy into management. I never thought of it that way. Definitely looking forward to more of your insights.
