balanced food? what is that?

Today I decided to talk about a topic that I recently knew about food and for me it is important to start the chef career.

How we should balance our diet:

Remember that most of us have an eating disorder, and that is something we must learn to handle it.

Many people have a disorder with food. Yes, we all know and we have in mind that we should eat well.

his goes hand in hand with our well-being, eating lots of saturated fats and packaged things we like because they take less time to prepare or save time to finish doing something else and if, who does not like to go out and buy fast food. If you can go because it's a lie that we're going to stop eating it, but we should do it with some awareness. They can do it once a month, and they will notice how they are going to get benefits prior to that.

Some main benefits are:

Many contradict us when it comes to saying, if I want to lose weight but what they do is to continue consuming the same type of food that does not help at all to lose weight.

Nothing better than:

Eating or eating with fresh products, natural juices made at home and if you fancy a dessert, do it at home, it is the best thing to eat healthy that everything you are going to consume is treated at home. In the kitchen we can play with an immense amount of different foods.

A lunch can be:

  • sautéed beans with salt, garlic, onion and pepper to taste (vegetable).
