Pop a melatonin, and turn off the lights. Once the melatonin kicks in you will automatically put down your phone or electronic devices. Trust me. I had sleep problems for years. Then I discovered over the counter melatonin! Works awesome!

Love it! Melatonin works well for me too! But sometimes my brain still overreacts and I cant sleep lol
