Hi @artedellavita. I learned something new today. Didn't know you could drink the flavor extracted from rose petals mixed with vinegar. I see the rose color the liquid turns. And you say it's good on cheese and salads? Interesting.

Nice to meet you. Thanks for the tip on that. I wonder if it's sold locally in organic markets.
