To change your tag, go to edit the post (it'll be at the end of your post and before the comment section) then put the tag #introduceyourself first ( the first tag is the main category your post is in).

As for changing tags, I tried that and it's looking like it just isn't possible to change tag order and have it stick. facepalm facepalm (that's a double facepalm in case you're wondering, ha!)
