That is why - in order to use it in the most correct and effective way, we need to create a very simple daily habit, the implementation of which takes no more than 5 minutes of dedication, but it ensures a meaningful and fruitful day.
And everything is only connected with the power of your thought ...
You can use these 5 minutes while you are in bed when you wake up while you're having breakfast while you go to work while in the gym or during a short break in the office.
Here is an example of what kind of thoughts you need to pack these 5 minutes to create an invaluable practice that will improve your life:
1st minute: figure out what you're going to do today, by the end of the day, which will only be related to the hobby, hobby, activity that you endlessly love and that gives you pleasure. Set it as a goal from the morning and do not fall asleep until you have happened to it.
2nd minute: Identify your priorities in privacy and careers - today, this week, this month, this year. And of course, once you have formed a clear vision of it - it works in the direction of their implementation by starting right now.
3 minutes: set deadlines for your dreams. Let them be realistic, but still, relate to the near future. Do not put your energy into desires that you said you would "someday" come true, but you have no clear plan of how this will happen. You best know your abilities - allocate them in the most appropriate way for you.
