Wow! this post and these comments are an eye-opener! I am a newbie in this area. My brain gets into overdrive trying to catch all the points being discussed among the old-timers. It's nice to see that people can speak openly and frankly without negative emotions. This is a learning process for me. We could never be so frank in my culture. Yes, you are right. There is a sense of satisfaction in being able to express one's thoughts without being intimidated. A sense of freedom and civility.
