I haven't been sleeping well at night time, I've always had a problem with sleeping taking ages to fall asleep then not being able to wake up. The last 2 nights I've hardly slept due to my 3 pups being very unsettled. Usually once my pups go to sleep they stay asleep. Mika has been very strange she will go downstairs in the early hours to sleep by herself, she's being a loner at the minute. When me, hubby and my daughter are downstairs she has started sneaking off to bed to be alone. I don't know if it's the new bed that has unsettled them.

I am still trying to get my newly decorated bedroom out, there's a few things that need storing away but need help removing heavy items off the top of my wardrobe. Once the bedroom is ready I may start taking the dogs bed upstairs hopefully Mika will stay upstairs with us. I wish I could talk dog.

I have been looking for something that will help my older dogs joints in there old age. I've tried a few things off line. I saw a conversation on Facebook on one of the dog pages I am in. They were talking about joint care for dogs, one of the ladies was feeding her dog sardines, she had noticed a good change in them. I went and bought a couple of tins in brine. L
I am starting to share a tin between them as there are 3 Sardines in the tin and only cost 49p. I've started giving them one twice a week, once they are used to them and don't have and body function changes such as diarrhea I will then up them to 2 each twice a week. They are a filled with the right vitamins,

Vitamin B12.
Selenium.
Phosphorus.
Vitamin D.
Calcium.
Niacin (Vitamin B3)
Iodine.

I will keep giving my youngest pup these, she will benefit me from them for taking them for a long time. Hopefully Geordie and Mika start feeling better after a couple of weeks.

Today has been a lazy day especially for me. Two nights not sleeping well isn't good, I'll have to have an early night tonight and hopefully the dogs settle, all it can be is the change of bed.

The day has been catching up on emails and relaxing. Hubby got home early from work as they are finishing a site off so not much to do before they are moved to another site. Its good when he gets home early as he looks after me so much better than my carer.

I am hoping to go shopping on Friday afternoon this week and have the weekend to ourselves as we enjoyed last weekend plus hubby felt tested before going back to work on Monday. I am wanting to go to the big supermarket in Sunderland, they sell everything plus have a good clothes range where I could do more baby shopping. It really depends what time hubby gets home and if he's feeling up to it.

Thank you for visiting. πŸ’ŸπŸ’Ÿ
