Who thinks steemit will surpass facebooks 250 million users!? We all know facebooks CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Well back in December he along with his lovely wife Priscilla Chan, whom he maried on May 19, 2012, promised to donate 99% of their facebook shares to charity, which amounts to 45 billion! Total over their lifetimes! As part of an ongoing mision and a heart felt letter to his new born daughter Max.
On Friday Zuckerberg and his wife took their first steps by donateing 767,905 facebook stock worth 95million making good on his philanthropy promise, which these shares were from the Chan /Zuckerberg foundation. That is the couples for profit charitible organization.

I would like to add a little hystory here on the couple . For those who didnt know , Zuckerberg met his wife Priscilla Chan , who he says is very strong, compassionate, and kind,when they were fellow students at a fraternity party,during his sophomore year at harvard in 2003! Chan happens to be the daughter of chinese - Vietnamese refuges who arived in the USA after the fall of Saigon in 1975.and she was born on Feb 24, 1985. She is now a philanthropist and pediatrician. And as of 2015 she and her husband have already donated 1.6 billion to charities! And they opened a school for disadvantaged youth in April. 2016.
Mark Zuckerberg was born on May 14,1984 in White Plains New York , he actually co founded the social networking site facebook in his dorm room, he then left Harvard after his sophomore year to concentrate on the site which now has more then 250 million people , which obviously made him a billionare ! I can see the future of steemit having just as many people on its site, and becoming just as if not more famous then facebook!? Do you think steemit will surpass facebook!? So true, it is something he never dreamed of eigther! Now 45 billion dollars later Zuckerberg is the 6th wealthiest man on the planet! I really think it will happen, if its controlled properly!
