Great post and very informative. I became a keto-vegan after discovering that many foods and especially meat just didn't agree with me health-wise. Plus I also don't think it necessary for a creature to suffer and die in order for me to dine well and healthily.
I see many many overweight and obese people who are meat eaters, but I've yet to see an overweight vegan.
Since giving up meat and most carbs, I have much greater energy and the problems I had with inflammation is much improved. I am way more alert, and my skin is clear and fabulous.
Veganism is so much more healthy.

I absolutely agree and know very well that your experience is shared by pretty much everyone who maintains a vegan diet consistently - while ensuring they meet their nutritional requirements.
It is definitely possible to be overweight as a vegan, but that usually comes down to eating junk food as far as I am aware. Thanks for sharing!
