Potato is considered as the king of vegetables in India. The first potato 'potato' in the United States of Peru, roaming the whole world, came to India and became the head of vegetables. It is very much liked in India because it can be made in many seasons and in many ways.

Potatoes are rich with lots of nutritious ingredients. The highest amount of starch is found in the potato. Potassium, Vitamin A and Vitamin C are also in sufficient quantity.

Apart from this, potatoes are also magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc.

Potato diabetes can prove to be dangerous for patients. This is because the consumption of potatoes increases the amount of blood sugar in the body and it can prove to be very dangerous for diabetic patients.

People who are suffering from obesity should not eat potatoes. Creating potatoes with high-fat foods such as butter, paneer and sour cream and eating it can increase your obesity.
