"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right."
One thing I like to do throughout the day is read inspiring and motivating stories and quotes. And sharing them would be a worthwhile endeavor, shining a little ray of sunshine in as many people's worlds as possible.
Too often our thoughts and state of mind get the better of us. Gloomy, uninspiring and downright self-sabotaging creepers invade our heads and stop or slow down our motivational genius.
But there is one thing that Henry Ford mentioned that might encourage you to change your thoughts and start pushing them into a box and mailing them to Timbuktu. Because if they're not going to help you, then they might as well leave!
When you're trying something new or thinking of it, what's the point of telling yourself that you can't do it? Kind of like a racecar driver thinking that they need to avoid the wall but end up thinking about it so much that they drive into it.
Just as Master Yoda says: "Do, or do not. There is no try." If you aren't going to do it, then why bother trying in the first place? Get your thinking in the right position of "I WILL do it. There is no 'can't'!"
Wonderful quotes. Henry Ford was is a legend! I love the Yoda, Do or Do Not, there is no try too! Where do you come from? I am in Australia. :) Good to have a fellow person who is into personal development and the inspirational and free track
