It's not a dream if you ask me. Don't believe me? Get up start push-ups gimme a count of 100 and then after a break drink a big glass of water or two, then go out in fresh air in the nature and you will see it's all very real. Now it only works when you do this if you gonna think first then well you're the creator of the so called "dream". Be gentle on yourself tho take breaks when you decide to push up. Let's scare away this monster called depression!
