and yeah that's all confusing. i honestly didn't realize that potential benefit of having tagged it with creativecoin, i thought maybe that would allow it to be shown in some other community. i had looked at other posts in alienarthive and was taking note of the tags people used.

And yeah Creative Coin is Tribe, just like Dporn. They give CCC. I don't know if they're actively developing anymore though.
But I'd say you did the right thing because it puts the content in front of that market. So you put that post in the alien art community, which would be a market of potential consumers. Creativecoin market. Your own list of followers is a market. Not much different than posting across several platforms.

i think they might be taking over control of that tribe, and want to have actual creators on it who are verified and eliminate all the stolen content, so it was a kind of mutually beneficial thing to get me set up where i could make a post there lol
