Nice selfie. I do seared ahi tuna once or twice a week, it helps the whole family with IBS. Of course everyone has different effects from different foods but it's tuna and it's really not quite raw not quite cooked, and not nearly as irritating to me as canned.

This canned I don't think will irritate me. It is just tuna, water, and salt. It doesn't have added crap like in the other canned tuna. :> But I may end up trying ahi tuna as a friend has already suggested it.
