My body is furless, and a wedge-shaped head with prominent cheekbones. Large eyes shaped like lemon fruits and ears are very large with no hair inside! Is for some of the most beautiful creatures and the most elegant; while others are creatures fleeing from hell or survivors of nuclear war in a nearby country. They welcomed me with cats Pharaoh Sphynx Cats!

Sphynx Cats may have raised your disgust or at least bewildered you when you first saw it. This is an ugly, bald, furless cat, his thin skin curls into a repetitive fold, and his ugly appearance. Let Adham, your nephew's son, have had a panic attack and wanted to go to the bathroom after the first meeting with your pharaoh's cat. Why would someone choose to acquire this cat without the rest of the other traditional breeds, and the strangest it is among the most expensive and rarer strains among all breeds ?!

Because you formed your superficial opinion without dealing with the Pharaonic cat really. Pharaonic cats are one of the smartest animals you may ever deal with. They are also very friendly and closer to dogs in their behavior and welcome to visitors and you whenever you see. Let Adham stand with her, he wet himself with the quiet doorbell.

So 34-year-old Alicia Rius, a 34-year-old Spanish photographer, decided to change that stereotype of the Pharaonic cat by showing the other side of the beauty and splendor of that drowned strain through a series of amazing images that we are reviewing together in this article ...

Alicia says she fell in love with Pharaonic cats from the very first moment she saw her, so she began to portray her in a way that showed her beauty and unique behavior. So far, Alicia has filmed 14 different cats of the Pharaonic dynasty and says that since the series began in 2013, she has received a lot of messages for people who hated and feared the breed and changed their impressions with the reflection of Alicia's pictures so that they appreciate her beauty and see that side that captures those lovers. The breed and its possessions.
Health problems

The Pharaonic cat faces challenges to its unique nature. Lack of hair can cause health problems with kitten in the first weeks of life due to exposure to respiratory infection. The breeders are not allowed to go to new homes without at least 12 weeks of age to ensure that the kitten is mature enough to cope with the new environment. Pharaonic cats are also prone to skin cancer if exposed to the sun for prolonged periods due to the absence of protective fur.

As you can see, it is fragile and weak to the extreme behind its cruel and unreal appearance. But do the tragedies end here? No, of course!

Sphinx cat has a high percentage of heart disease, either hypertensive myocardial infarction or coronary dysplasia. In a study of 114 Pharaonic cats, 34% had an abnormal heartbeat; 16 in the mitral valve and 23 in hypertensive cardiomyopathy;

No wonder the average age of these cats is two and a half years. So please, if you meet one of them, leave a good impression on that strange and indifferent sex called human beings.

Sort:

Wow, they're so beautiful! I myself found it weird that they're furless too but after reading this article I changed my attitude towards them (although I've never seen one).
Two and a half years is very short lifespan indeed, similar to a hamster.
