You need a bit of everything in your diet, and restricting it to just lemon juice means you’re missing out on many other good things. Just having lemon juice or lemon juice with cayenne or all sorts of other fad diets is pretty much just like starving yourself, or extreme fasting. However, if you’re just having a bit of lemon juice daily, it can be great. It has so many awesome vitamins and minerals that it is very good for you.
