In my opinion it is very easy to get stressed about the money you have in Cryptocurrency I certainly did at the start. But this doesn't have to be the case. The most important principle to understand when putting money into something like cryptocurrency is that once you put it in, you have to accept it is gone, you can lose it all in the next minute. Even though that scenario is very unlikely it allows you to cope with the fact you might lose money.

Also you need to manage your expectations. Cryptocurrency is very volatile this may stabilize but not for the foreseeable future. So don't get your hopes up, if you expect to make a million dollars in a month than you are delusional, it can happen but you would have to be very rich and very lucky to achieve this. Most people look at the fortunes made by early bitcoin investors and think they can replicate this, for the most part we have missed out on the big big money. But it can happen by don't expect this, if you are smart there is certainly money to be had and with a bit of luck small fortunes may be possible.
Lastly, don't let cryptocurrency rule your life. Definitely embrace it and educate yourself but refrain from becoming obsessed with it. Life is too short to focus your whole attention on one thing. This is why steemit is so great because you can learn so much, share your wisdom and interest while having the element of cryptocurrency with it. So don't get stressed about money because stress doesn't help and there is always more to life than money.

Good points you make, especially not letting it take over your life (because it can!). Investing what you can afford to lose is sound advice, if you stick with that mentality, then you will be fine. Buy it, put it in cold storage, and forget about it... who knows what the future will bring :)
Yeah exactly I should have really put in that point but thanks for bringing it up, and exactly anything can happen but your expectation shouldn't be crazy.
