My little boy Leonard is 7 months now and I absolutely love cooking for him and introduce him to new flavours.
Healthy nutrition is a very important topic in my little family, my husband is a chef and there is nothing we enjoy more than creating simple but healthy meals for us and our children.
Today I prepared a little chicken dish for Little Leo.
Ingredients are
Chicken
Fresh spinach
Sweet potato
Carrot
Broccoli
I cut it all up and boiled it for about 20 minutes, until
Everything was soft enough to be blitzed up
Being 7 months , Leo is able to "chew" a little bit already, so I have blitzed it to a chunky consistency
Lastly I pour it all into little jars and store it in the fridge until Leo's next lunch or dinner time
Can't wait for him to try it tomorrow. Will put up some photos and tell you how he liked it
This is what I like to see @krissi - children being fed real food that actually nourishes them! I too feed my son only real food and consider this the most valuable thing I can ever do for him. Your boy has such big soulful eyes... he's beautiful!
Thank you very much @woman-onthe-wing
Will follow you and look forward to reading more about you
Thank you @krissi! :-)
