You are very welcome, excited to read your next post. I have been fasting foods with added sugar and meat. I have noticed a huge improvement in my internal system. On the downside,it is harder for me to get full, and I think I am over eating the crabs. I have never done anything like this before, but I am pleasantly surprised by its benefits. Hence, all the questions above. :D Thanks for answering!
