How to low your stress

Stress breaks more than you love. The more stress builds up in your body, the weaker you become.

Not only does your life lose its luster, too much stress causes an accumulation of vague health problems, a decrease in your effectiveness and a drastic decrease in your happiness.

Stress brings you completely out of balance and it can be a big obstacle to your happiness.
I'll show some of idea that can low down (maybe stop) your stress, so you can getting relaxed every day!

One of the most important complaints of emigrating people is the high pace of life in our culture. It is our national nature to always run and fly, to find something of everything and to always be busy.

(Like playing chess?)

Let yourself be inspired by other cultures that do not take it all that closely with time, and place their priorities in other places. It is liberating to see that it is not necessary to run, that you can live without a clock, that you can also stand still from time to time to smell the flowers.

Do the things slower. Eat more slowly, slow down, slow down, cook slowly, slowly, slowly dine. Slow down once in a while and notice how relaxed you become.

If you're busy with one thing, just keep doing that. Try to forget everything else.
When you start feeling stressed, spend a few minutes looking through your notes to remind yourself what really matters.

(Keep tell yourself "everything gonna be alright")
